Implement MOA Pipeline using Groq in Open-WebUI

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to help me implement a MOA pipeline in Open-WebUI using Groq. I have the instructions ready, but the pipeline isn't running as it should.
I will need a list of steps to fix and install the issue correctly. So I can replicate it on another server I have.
Key Requirements:
