Fake News Detection LLM Development

I need a comprehensive system design and development pipeline for a fake news detection open-source LLM with image input capability, ex: Ollama with LLava. This project will be hosted on Huawei Cloud and will include:

LLM Development and Deployment:
- Fake news detection from text and images.
- Explanation/rationale for predictions.
- URL sources to support predictions.
- Confidence score for predictions.

APIs for Fact-Checking:
- Fact-checking news in images/screenshots using OCR.

Front-end Interface:
- User-friendly interface to interact with the deployed LLM.

Utilize client-provided blob storage containing news images with labels/tags/metadata on Huawei Cloud.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in LLMs, image input modality, and OCR.
- Experience with Huawei Cloud services.
- Basic front-end development skills.
- Knowledge in designing and integrating APIs.
