AI BIM Assistant - Estimation
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We are developing an AI-powered digital engineering assistant for the construction industry. The platform is intended to help users analyze construction-related documents, BIM/IFC models, floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings using natural language interaction.
The system will consist of two connected environments:
1. Internal AI Training System (Trainer)
2. Customer/End-User Chatbot System
The Internal Trainer System will be operated exclusively by our company and will be used to upload, structure, train, optimize, and manage datasets, prompts, workflows, and engineering intelligence.
The End-User System will allow customers to interact with the AI assistant through a modern web-based chatbot interface.
