Advanced GPT-3/GPT-4 AI Framework Integration

I'm in need of an AI specialist who can adeptly integrate an AI framework, such as LangChain, into a web application (or chatbot). This framework will be pivotal in offering User and Context Management for a language learning model (LLM) like ChatGPT. The objective is to enhance conversational experiences by creating a 'theory of mind' for individual users that will be fed back into the LLM pre-response to enhance said response with an efficient, but growing, corpus of knowledge about each User. .
Key Features:
- Utilization of the OpenAI's GPT-3 (or 4), to replicate human-like conversations
- Simulate an evolving 'Theory of Mind' about each user in a Knowledge Graph
- Personalize user interactions to improve engagement
- User Management Dashboard including paywall
The ideal candidate for this project should have a deep understanding of AI frameworks, GPT-3, GPT-4 and experience in integrating these technologies into a web application or chatbot environment. A background in natural language processing (NLP) would also be advantageous. This project requires a layer of expertise that can harness the full potential of GPT-3/GPT-4 to create an engaging, interactive, and personalized conversational experience for users whose personality characteristics are efficiently stored in a Knowledge Graph. I currently have the efficiency method and I will do the natural-langauge prompting of the LLM. It would be nice if the use of a memory function could improve the LLMs adherence to my conversational rules.
