Ukrainian Windows Software Developer Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are a small team helping developers find jobs in the US and EU. We are looking for experienced developers (3+ years) who can confidently speak at interviews and present themselves to others using a provided resume.
You will not be required to do any real coding unless you choose to. Your role is to attend interviews and meetings as a candidate. A Senior Developer will do the actual work behind the scenes.
- What you will do:
Use a provided resume and attend video interviews as a candidate
Confidently speak at introductory, technical, and cultural meetings
Participate in meetings if a position is guaranteed (e.g. daily stand-ups)
No programming or project work required unless you want to do it yourself
- Requirements:
3+ years of real-world experience with Python, AI, LLM
Native Ukrainian
Confident communication skills and professional presence
Familiarity with interviews, common development topics
Pay:
$1000+ for work in the EU
Double pay if you take on project work
