website and app installation

I'm looking for assistance with the installation of a website and app. Specifically, I need help with Flutter 3 Food Delivery Multi Restaurants Laravel Backend. I already have both the domain and hosting sorted out, but I need any additional components such as plugins, themes, etc for the site to function properly.
