i use a Spatie\MediaLibrary in laravel , when i uplode the files to server , the files uploded with privete permision and i cant read it

I am looking for a Laravel developer who is experienced in working with the Spatie\MediaLibrary package. Currently, when I upload files to the server using this package, the files are uploaded with private permissions and I am unable to read them.

Server Access:
