My site built in Laravel needs attention.

For a start, it's gone offline for some reason, that's the first issue, it needs to be up and running. Also, before it went offline there were issues with me loading information into the site, it would keep sending me to an error page. These are the two issues that need to be fixed but there is also more work needed to be done on this site which can be discussed at a later stage. Please let me know of any questions.
