A project to complete the remaining tasks in Laravel website development (Medfuture Website)

We've started a project to duplicate our current website (Medfuture.com.au - CakePHP) in a Laravel framework with new interface design changes along with all the current front-end and back-end functions and features. We assigned this project to one development team after evaluating project scope. Although they are making a lot of effort, but still the project is behind schedule.

We can access our three countries' websites from this main navigation website.
With a few small dropdown changes, each country's website has a similar separate back-end admin panel.
E.g., Each country's website has a different dropdown when it comes to location and profession specialty.
We’ve decided that domain for 3 countries and navigation website should be as below and the back-end admin panel for this country website must be cloned with all the functions.
