php 7.4 to laravel conversion

We have a php 7.4 program which we want to convert to Laravel. This is only for about 10% of the work remaining as we have converted most of the pages in Laravel already.We have a php 7.4 program which we want to convert to Laravel. We have another project on on ongoing basis for our website letkidsdream.org which is in modx so if you have experience in modx as well that would be valuable.
