I need a new user role for my Laravel system

I need a new user role to be added to my existing Laravel system. The new role is a normal user role where they are only able to see audio files listed and they can view their results and also their profile settings. The user role is simple and does not have alot of feature attached to it.
The menu items available are:
1. Audio to Text
2. File Transcribe Results
3. My Profile Settings
4. Support Requests
5. Notifications
