Need Expert to Customize Laravel PHP Dating Web and Flutter App

I need an expert senior developer or a highly skilled company to customize and enhance my existing Laravel PHP dating website (CMS) and Flutter app.
Key Tasks
1. Update App & CMS
o Update both Laravel CMS and Flutter app to the latest vendor release or to the latest versions for both laravel and flutter , flutter app must comply google min mum16kb save for pages.or as per google play requirement also upgrade flutter app to the latest api target
o Re-integrate existing customizations:
 Local payment gateways (Sifalo Pay & Zaad)
 Custom profile fields (max 5)
 Google AdMob SDK
2. Payment Gateway
o Fix and integrate Sifalo Pay (confirmation logic required) in both CMS and app.
o Ensure Zaad works properly after updates.
o I will provide documentation and testing accounts.
3. Calling Feature
o Add an in-app calling feature (e.g., Agora or other alternatives).
o Must be cost-effective and lightweight (should not increase app size beyond 100MB).
4. Firebase Integration
o Configure Firebase for:
 Gmail login
 Phone (OTP) login(this already exists but improvement needed
 Firebase-powered in-app chat
5. Design & Usability Enhancements
o Improve the UI/UX for a more polished look.
o Simplify search filters and remove unnecessary profile fields.
o Add new profile extra/replace fields (up to 5-7). Will provide them
6. New Sections
o Marriage Offers section.
o Blog/Community Guide with tutorials.video and usefull learnings ,categories ,etc
o Support Section (Marriage Ticket Support Feature):
 Couples who agree to marry can create an online marriage ticket.
 Tickets can be priced, and anyone can support by buying a ticket.
 Supporters can also attend the marriage event.
 Only premium users can create tickets.
 Admin approval required before tickets go live.
 Goal: Help youth raise support funds for marriage.,couples can create different tickets e.g vip and standard and spporter can download electronic ticket shown on it the supported couples name and ticket number , and other information e.g amount paid, couples can choose/show on the ticket creation to not allow supporters for attending
7. Profile Image Privacy
o Add Blur visibility option (premium members only).
o Current options: Public, Only Me → Add Blur.
8. Monetization Enhancements
9. PWA feature for the cms so users can download on their devices
10. Chat sync between app and cms and chat section improvement, added features, number of active chats per a time allowed, call requrest before they call, calling recharging (call recharged separately and admin set price per minute on cms)
o Fix Google AdMob codes on the app (already integrated but needs adjustments).
o Recommend and configure the best monetization options for the app.
11. Testing & Deployment
o Perform complete QA testing (CMS + App).
o Fix any bugs post-update.
o Deliver updated source code and resources.
o Publish updated app to Google Play Store.
o Deploy CMS to live website (via FTP/Git after testing).
Requirements
• Only senior experts or companies with proven experience in Laravel + Flutter.
• Must guarantee high-quality work delivered on time.
• Previous experience with payment gateways, call/chat integrations, and AdMob monetization is a big plus.


Note we are open to create from scratch e.g using https://www.codenameone.com/ or any other similar framework or tool with the above features or just customizing our existing scripts( but must be native cross platforms one codebase e.g flutter and laravel, or others those can used for from one codebase creating for web, app and descktop same time)
