laravel project need to add subcategory option in my news website (admin and front)

I'm looking to add a subcategory option to my existing Laravel-based news website.

Requirements:
- Integrate a dropdown menu under each category for subcategories.
- Enable full control in the admin panel to add, edit, and delete subcategories.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Laravel
- Experience with admin panel development
- Strong understanding of category and subcategory structures
