CI/CD for laravel project via gitlab

Need someone to help with CI/CD implementation on existing laravel project.
Other tasks:
+ Write Cypress ui testing and bundle them as part of CI
+ Implement php-cs-fixer php linter (https://phpqa.io/projects/php-cs-fixer.html)
+ Dockerise the app
+ CI/CD implementation with gitlab and Microsoft azure virtual machine

Please let me know of your rate (hourly/daily) and how long do you estimate for all these tasks separately?
And please provide your portfolio with laravel project or sample gitlab ci that you have implemented?
