eMart Setup with App Integration

I have the eMart script that I want to install on my domain: khadamaty.online. (The site name is khadamaty ) I would like to set up the website and mobile apps (Android & iOS) from scratch along with all the integrated services.

Please note that I have no programming background and I want to be able to control everything from the Admin Panel only, without having to access or interact with the server directly. Please set everything up this way, so I can manage all aspects from the Admin Panel only, without needing to deal with server settings, programming, or the backend.

Specifically, I need:

Complete installation of the website on my hosting (khadamaty.online) with all necessary configurations.
Full Arabic language support even for the control panel

Connect the mobile apps (Android & iOS) to the website so that they interact directly with the website’s database.

Enable all the script's services such as:

Multi-Vendor Delivery

On-Demand eCommerce

Parcel Delivery

Taxi & Car Rental

Convert the website to a PWA to make it compatible with all devices (Phones, Tablets, and Computers).

Set up SSL and implement full security for the site.

Customize the Admin Panel to manage products, orders, vendors, customers, etc.

Set up professional email like info@ khadamaty.online.

Test the system thoroughly to ensure everything works properly.

In the end, I want to be able to manage everything from the Admin Panel only, without needing to access server settings or deal with programming or backend.
