customer management
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I am looking for someone who can make the following project for me.
I prefer to have this made in Laravel.
First of the project should have page security per page. So the admin can give users the rights to view certain pages.
1) First of all there should be a login. => username & password
User should have: Name – first name – username – email – password
2) Customers
You should be able to make customers.
There should be a list where you can search for customer (name, address, company name, email…)
When opening the customer your should be able to edit them (different button edit) and view the history. The history can contain time management and reports.
3) Reports
User should be able to make a new ticket
Input fields: Customer
Problem/job description
After making the ticket a mails should be send to the current user.
When viewing the ticket, the user should be able to add and edit remarks.
A user should also be able to add internal remarks.
4) Time management
User should be able to record his time management and assign it to a report.
This will automatically be viewable on the report design.
5) Products
User should be able to add used products to a reports.
Products can be made by the admin and should contain following fields:
CODE - DESCRIPTION – PRICE
When adding a product to the report user should be able to modify the following fields:
QUANTITY – PRICE (I would like to have a separate field for discount (percentage).
6) Closing the report
When all the work is done the user can close the report and would be able to generate a nice designed PDF report containing following information
- Customer info
- Problem description
- A list of used products and there prices
- Time management (date - #hours – user – description)
- Remarks
When closing the report a mail will be automatically be send to the user.
7) Meetings
When having a meeting with the customer user should be able to add a meeting report:
Time
Attendees
Summary
To do’s
This will be automatically be visible on the customer file.
There can be added a to do for the customer. This will be visible on the start page for the user.
8) To do’s
Every user can add a to do for his own. Possibly linked to a customer, but not mandatory.
9) Remarks
The standard view for the user is a list with his own time and reports.
Only admin can add a user or products.
Admin can choose if a user can only see his own records or he can see all records
Admin should be able to add products. Users not.
User should be able to change his password
Admin can change the password for every user
