custom whmcs module using contabo api

We are looking for a skilled developer to build a fully functional, custom WHMCS module that integrates seamlessly with Contabo's API, enabling comprehensive management of Contabo VPS instances directly from the WHMCS dashboard. The module should provide both admin and client functionalities to enhance the user experience and simplify VPS management.
Module Requirements:
Admin Features:
1. Server Management: Ability to create, suspend, unsuspend, and terminate instances.
2. Power Control: Options to power on, power off, shut down, and reboot servers.
3. Server Information: Display server status, network information, and other critical details.
4. Snapshots: View, create, delete, and restore snapshots (for VPS packages only).
5. Rebuild Options: Ability to rebuild servers with selected OS distributions.
6. Task Monitoring: Access activity logs and task histories.
7. Configuration Options: Select region, plan, OS image, and set a default hostname prefix.
8. Email Notifications: Automated emails triggered on instance creation and rebuild initiation.
9. Rescue Mode: Enable rescue mode for instances when necessary.
10. Configurable Options: Include selectable options for OS images, regions, and cPanel licenses.
Client Features:
1. Power Control: Clients can power on, power off, and reboot their instances.
2. Server Details: Clients can view server status, details, and network information.
3. Snapshots: Allow clients to view, create, delete, and restore snapshots (VPS packages only).
4. Rebuild Server: Option for clients to rebuild their servers with selected OS distributions.
5. Activity History: Clients can view their task and activity logs.
