convert php 7.4 to laravel

We have a php 7.4 program which we want to convert to Laravel. We are a non profit organization and most of our work involves research files. We have another project on on ongoing basis for our website letkidsdream.org which is in modx so if you have experience in modx as well that would be valuable.
