brew uninstall and then install again and PHP, Composer, Laravel Installation for MacBook Pro

I'm having a problem while I am trying to install Laravel and Composer. It needed to install brew. I have installed brew but now I can't install php and composer. There was a problem while I installed the brew. Now I need to uninstall brew and install brew again and then install PHP, composer, and anything else that needs to run Laravel.
