Zarina CRM – Secure, self-hosted CRM platform (seeking cybersecurity & backend experts)

Zarina CRM is a Romanian-developed self-hosted CRM platform focused on data privacy, security, and full client control.
We’re looking for an experienced cybersecurity-oriented developer with strong skills in PHP / MySQL / Laravel to help us enhance platform security, improve backend performance, and optimize user access management.

Main objectives:

Strengthen security layers (login, data encryption, server-side validation);

Implement advanced user roles and permissions;

Review and optimize code to meet GDPR and OWASP best practices;

Monitor and improve system performance while maintaining high security standards.

Requirements:

Experience in CRM or SaaS data protection;

Knowledge of GDPR compliance and secure hosting principles;

Understanding of Linux server environments and SSL/TLS encryption;

Long-term collaboration availability (monthly work & feature updates).
