WordPress E-commerce to PWA Development

I need a proficient developer to convert my WordPress e-commerce site and a Laravel MLM back office into a single Progressive Web App (PWA). The PWA should be designed to mirror the existing WordPress site and should incorporate:
- E-commerce functionalities such as product browsing, search, shopping cart and checkout, as well as customer reviews and ratings.
- User account management features.
- Comprehensive reporting and analytics capabilities, akin to those in the Laravel back office dashboard.
- Offline access and data synchronization features to ensure the PWA can be used without internet connectivity.
- Push notification capabilities for marketing promotions, order updates, and customer engagement.
- Integration with social media platforms for sharing products and registering/logging in using social media accounts.
- Support for multiple payment gateways to offer flexibility in payment options for customers.
