Fix WhatsApp Chatbot Setup (Codecanyon WhatsBox Script – Message Not Sending)

Description:

I purchased and installed the WhatsBox – WhatsApp Marketing, Bulk Sender & Chat Bots SaaS script from Codecanyon:

I already:
Installed the script on my server.
Connected Facebook Business account.
WhatsApp Business API is created and message templates are syncing in the dashboard.

Problem:
Messages are not being sent via the WhatsApp chatbot.

What I need:

Debug and fix the issue so the chatbot can send messages.
Verify server, database, and script setup.
Check if any Facebook/WhatsApp API settings are missing.
Provide a step-by-step guide for future reference.
