WhatsApp ERP Integration & Upgrades

Job ID: 40512677

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I run a custom-built ERP that drives our manufacturing and inventory workflows. To keep pace with day-to-day operations, I now need three things rolled out together:

1. WhatsApp Business API Integration

The ERP system shall be integrated with WhatsApp Business API to automate Sales Orders and Purchase Orders. Customers will be able to place orders directly through WhatsApp by selecting products, entering quantities, uploading reference photos, and providing delivery details. The system will automatically generate Sales Orders/Purchase Orders, send order confirmations, and store all order information in the ERP database. Every incoming and outgoing WhatsApp message, media file, order update, and customer interaction shall be logged and tracked within the ERP system for future reference and reporting.

2. New feature development focused on an advanced reporting dashboard. The goal is to turn the raw data we already capture—orders, inventory movements, and work-in-process—into clear, exportable insights (PDF/Excel) that management can filter by date, product line, or shop floor station.

3. A round of bug fixes for the current release. You will start with the issue list we have compiled (UI glitches, a couple of calculation errors in the inventory module, and two slow SQL queries) and push clean, version-controlled code back to our Git repository.

Deliverables will be considered complete when:
• WhatsApp messages flow both ways and are traceable in the ERP’s audit trail.
• The new reporting module is accessible from the main menu, loads in under three seconds for a one-year data set, and exports without formatting loss.
• All listed bugs are closed, unit-tested, and merged into the staging branch without introducing new errors.

The stack is PHP (Laravel) with a MySQL backend and a Vue.js front end; please confirm you are comfortable working inside that environment.

Looking forward to working with someone who can move quickly yet keep the codebase maintainable.
