Web site Ecommerce Laravel/Django project

For a Start Up We would like to develop an ecommerce web site either in Laravel/Django platform (or equivalent), so that the web site would be enought flexible. The web site must have these caratheristic:
- products and price management;
- user management;
- blog management;
-social connection (instagram /facebook).
Web pubblishing must be included.
Please offer if you have already project to show.
