Web portal in Laravel

I want to collaborate in order to create a portal in Laravel. Its development will be done in modules. As an example, you can find it at http://www.infodidactic.ro/test/. The code for the layout is provided, which will be modified as needed. The database will be built with the related tables, some tables will already have information that will be taken in the forms on the portal.
