Web App Development: Next JS + Laravel

Backend and Frontend developer needed
I want to develop an app in Next JS (front end) and Lavarel (back end)
Most of the front end is done (~95%)
Most of the back end is done (~60%)
Those are just a rough estimation
My former developer run out and never finished the project.
I would need you to make it work, finishing any missing part in front end and creating any API missing.
Also, you need:
- to ensure it will perfectly integrated with the existing admin part of the site.
- Site should be SEO optimized from a performance and speed perspective
-Developer will support also during deployment
-Frontend and backend documentation to be provided at the end of the project
