Vuejs/Laravel frontend developer for help on website project

I have 2 half-ready websites. One of them in Laravel (only html and scss) and the other in Vue. Now I need to merge these 2 and move the laravel templates into Vuejs and turn the content into components.
The website in Vue has a Quiz made in javascript (typescript) that reads data from static files and saves to local storage. There are no databases involved.
I am looking for help to complete the website by migrating the styles from the laravel website into Vue in a structured way. I also need some help figuring out how to build some needed features like affiliate linking. There is no database or CMS involved at the moment.
You will be working alongside with me so I prefer to work with people not to far from my timezone (CET; UTC+01:00).
