Used car website in MERN or Laravel

I want to create a used car sales website that allows admin and car dealers to post their cars for sale.

I have example websites.

The site needs to be mobile-friendly.
Multi-currency
SEO-friendly
Latest technology and development techniques.
Ability to import XML data
Incorporate vehicle seach API ie make/model/specs etc
more specs to follow on private chat.

PS: I do not want WordPress. 1st choice is MERN/MEAN, Laravel or open to others.
