Upgrade and modify Android apps

I am looking for assistance with the following tasks for two separate mobile Android apps:
1 - Pleine Nature:
- This app was developed using Laravel one year ago. Google Play has recently requested an upgrade to the target API level.
- Additionally, there is an extension app, Pleine Nature Guest, which also requires the same API upgrade.
2- The GCC Club:
- This Android app has been upgraded and is currently ready for use. However, I need to implement a deep linking feature.
- The goal is for the native app to open a specific URL from a push notification instead of opening it in a browser.
- I would also require detailed instructions on how to achieve this using Android Studio, so I can apply the necessary changes for future upgrades myself.
