Upgrade Laravel from 5.2 to 9
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
We have a simple website with a couple of controllers and tables. We are backend developers but don't have time to upgrade and rewrite code. It might be needed to do step upgrades instead of direct jump. Need someone who writes clean readable and simple code and can navigate the code base with experience.
