Update existing Laravel Project from laravel 5.6.37 to most recent one

Hello we have a shopping cart script we need someone expert in laravel to upgrade our project to most recent or stable version of laravel 9.x.x for now we are using Laravel Framwork 5.6.37
Project is on localhost for now can't put it online due to some depracted functions we used twig templet engine need to upgrade twig too ..
