USDT integration with local exchange platform

I am operating a small exchange platform that is based on PHP Laravel.
I offer exchange services to my customers. The exchange is between local currency and USDT.

Currently the logic of my system is
1. The customer places exchange order suppose USD 10 and wants to received USDT which is equivalent to 9.5 USD, the customer leaves their wallet ID (only TRC20) as comment
2. Then I manually review the exchange order and extract their Wallet ID from the comment they left and do the transfer of funds through my mobile phone Trustwallet App.

So what I am looking for is the complete automation of the USDT part, I have the rest of the application ready.

I am looking for the following deliverables

1. USDT integration with my Laravel based Webapplication
2. To transfer funds from my wallet to the wallet provided (QR Code Scanning is preferred)
3. To display the QR code in order to receive funds and get the confirmation of receipt to my wallet and the ability to get the the ID of the wallet that has transferred the funds to my account.

The wallet must be decentralized eg
