URGENT: Issue with an API of our job board

We are a job board opened in 11+ countries.
We are using Laravel (+ Laravel Nova), and mongodb. We have created an API that basically fetches jobs and stores them to mongodb. There is a BIG issue on the API functions on the indexation process that puts the CPU of the server that has mongodb installed into 100% and therefore the website goes down all the time.
We need an urgent fix. A true expert who will take care of that ASAP.
