Twitter API Integration with Laravel 8 Application

I'm seeking a developer experienced in Laravel 8 and the Twitter API to create a feature that allows our application to publish tweets on behalf of Twitter users via our Twitter app.
Required features:
1. The functionality should include an OAuth 2.0 flow where Twitter users authorize our application to publish tweets on their behalf.
2. The authentication process should utilize OAuth 2.0.
