Troubleshoot Timeout Issue - Laravel 8.x

I'm currently experiencing issues in my existing Laravel project, the timeout value in the settings which is not functioning as expected. The time out value is not being accepted from settings page. It time out in 15 minutes and not 30 min on what I set in setting. I think it is hard coded. I need it to get value from settings page.
