TailwindCSS, Webdesigner required, Laravel/ Vue is bonus

I'm looking for a web designer who are very familiar with TailwindCSS.
I will start with a couple of pages but if things are going well, then the whole project will be yours.
Laravel/InertiaJS(Vue) skills are bonus but not mandatory.
Figma design is ready and layouts are already set. I have tons of projects and this will be just one of them. More opportunity comes after this.
