Spin up a Laravel Project in a Ubuntu VM (Burnernote on GitHub)
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'd like to test drive the below project:

However I'm not fluent with Laravel - I need someone to essentially take this project and spin it up in a Ubuntu VM and upon completion provide me with a VHDK of the Ubuntu VM for Re-Use.
