A Small Modification in Link Shortner Website

Hi, I want to make one very small modification in my website.
I purchased a script from Codecanyon.net

it's a link shorter script. In which we can create three types of shorten link. one is direct, second is splash and third is Frame.
I want to make one very small modification in splash mode. I have explained below:
In splash mode, it redirect to original link after few seconds. I want to stop redirection and set it to force download.

In splash mode it will open in browser instead of download. So, i want to force download file instead of opening it in browser.
It should force download any type of links like mp3 jpg png pdf apk any type of file extension.
