Simple Web App With Laravel or Suggested Platform

Hi,

I am looking for an experienced web developer. Here are some of the criteria that this person would require to meet in order to work on this project:

– Has their own computer and high-speed Internet connection.
– Speaks, Reads, and Writes good English
– Can work from home without distractions
– Is willing to learn new things
– Can work 30+ hours per week

HAS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

– Laravel & Laravel Spark or any other serverside framework
– Good taste in UX design
– Front-end frameworks

I have a lot of work coming up for the selected developer.
