You need to build a tiny react + laravel app (Web ONLY).
The app should do the following:
There are 2 variables stored in the database table:
1. guestcounter
2. usercounter
The default value of both variables are 0.
A user can view the guestcounter value with or without logging in.
But in order to view the usercounter, the user must log in first.
User can register or log in.
