Simple PHP CRUD Web App

I’m putting together a lightweight, database-driven web application for an academic assignment and need it live within the next 7–10 days (the sooner the better). The core is straightforward: a clean interface, full Create-Read-Update-Delete operations, and a small admin panel.

Here’s what I’m after:

• Technology stack: PHP in either plain form or Laravel, backed by a MySQL database. Front-end can stay simple—HTML, CSS and a touch of JavaScript for usability.
• Admin panel features: user management plus a section to adjust basic settings; no analytics or advanced reporting is required at this stage.
• Authentication: basic login / logout only. I don’t need multi-role permissions or two-factor for this version.
• Scope of work: design the minimal UI, wire it to CRUD endpoints, and hook everything up to the database schema you create.

Deliverables to hand over at the end:
1. Complete source code (well-commented).
2. SQL file or migration scripts defining the database structure.
3. A fully functioning app I can run locally and deploy to a standard LAMP stack.

Because this is for coursework the emphasis is on clarity, clean code, and ease of explanation rather than enterprise-grade polish. If you have recent experience spinning up small Laravel or vanilla PHP projects and can move quickly, let’s talk.
