I'm seeking an expert Laravel developer to create a simple video (mp4 files) website.
The web app is mainly used for language education by now.
Videos are uploaded to file directory, no uploading form needed.
Week 1:
1. Logo design
2. User login (Facebook login, Google login)
3. Frontpage containing a TV styled frame to contain video:

5. Videos are free and paid, if paid direct users to payment page, if user not logged in, direct user to login.

- Membership based payment (monthly subscription, 3 months, 12 months).
- Stripe Credit card and PayPal integration
- SEO friendly mecanism
- Single file containing color, so that I can change color easily, instead of changing many files.
- Send me all the files and I will release 50 USD.
Week 3:
- The web app must fit big and small computer screen, as well as smart phones.
The web app must look good on Google Chrome and Safari browser.
- You send me all the files, I test, You make modifications.
- I will release the last 50 USD.
You must have your own website test environment, so that I can give you feedback immediately.
You must be reachable daily.
