------------------------ Requirements -------------------------
1. You need to enhance the e-signature functionality of the existing App based on Laravel - We have already built e-Signatures in the CRM system and the encryption. However, you need to ensure the encryption is as per the AES-256/512 standards.
2. All functions need to be added as Modules only.
3. Run the Project as a Standalone (We will provide you with Hosting Details)
4. Below are functions that need to add:
• For Employees - (*PLS REFER TO THE FILE - 1)
a. Upload Document - Assign Signature, Full Name, Date Sign, etc. Fields to the uploaded pdf document
(Customer can't make any changes to the context of the PDF File)
b. Save As (That uploaded File) as a Template so that it can be used in the future
c. Add No. of Signees - How many customers will sign?
d. Choose Signing Order - Who signs first?
e. Assign 2FA (via SMS)
f. Email Tracking - Whether the email has been opened or not
g. Email Confirmation when signed by the customer
h. Ability to Send for Signature to the customer via the following Options:
a. Email
b. SMS
i. Ability to Create a Shareable Link to share it via SMS/WhatsApp/Email
j Ability to Search for all saved Templates
• Customer
a. Should be able to receive an email
b. Should be able to submit with an option to either create an account or receive the document via email
c. Should be able to download the TCPDF Certificate for the Signature Verification
• Admin
a. Should be able to assign e-Sign options to People
b. Should be able to view the Dashboard Progress of all Signatures
