Show me how to create a custom page in Laravel Filament v3

This should be a quick and easy way to earn $10. I need someone to show me how to create a custom page in Laravel Filament v3. This page will accept a url variable {record} which will be linked to the Role model. When the page is loaded, it should show a table of all users who have this role.

This table must be built using TableBuilder, not created in blade.
