Setup a basic SaaS frontend

Hello.
I need somebody to setup a Saas starter kit for me: https://www.saasstarterkit.com/ as a basic frontend dashboard. If you have another template or starter kit you recommend for frontend only you can include that in your response. I basically need the fastest way to setup a basic SaaS multiuser frontend dashboard.
ONLY frontend is required (none of the backend functions) and it needs to be connected to a backend REST API to display some data in a table one 1 custom page. It also needs to be integrated with outseta.com API which will handle all user management, auth, billing, email.
It does not need any other features but the basic core SaaS frontend functions.
Please can you give me a rough estimate of the hours it would take to setup this frontend with basic functions needed to function as a live admin dashboard.
