Setup Stripe one-time payment on Laravel

I have a Laravel project that provides the ability to book event rooms from a restaurant. Once the booking is confirmed by admin/staff, the user is sent an invoice and can pay online.

But, my knowledge of Stripe is not very extensive, and although I've tried setting up Stripe for development and running the terminal tool for Stripe development, I cannot get payment processing to work.

The winning bidder must be willing to download the private repository locally from GitHub.
