Set up emails transactionals in 2 sites ,

SEt up emails transactionals in 2 sites ,
I have 2 sites com and cn ( chinesse) , i want to set up emails transactionals beacuse i ḿ receiving spam continuosly, set up with my server or AWS.
2. chinesse site remove weighted code of 2fa , and fix recover password of admin pannel
