I am looking for a developer that can create a website for me in Laravel. The platform will be designed for polygraph examiners to find work from clients. The customer can filter through location and services needed. When the customer puts in their location the different examiners in their location will appear. There will be a message system for the customer to communicate with the examiners. From there the customer and examiner can negotiate prices and checkout order. The platform will have fees based on a % of each successful order. After order completed the customer can rate the examiners work. The reports will be uploaded for client on the platform on delivery
