Senior (real senior) for Laravel project

I'm looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior-level Developer for a Laravel project. Specifically, the project requires Laravel 9.x. The individual should have a significant amount of experience working with Laravel, as well as the ability to think outside of the box and use their own experience to suggest the best tools and resources for the job.
