Senior Laravel Software Developer
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
Needs to hire 5 Freelancers
Role Description:
1. Works with the project team to code the requirement in the project
2. Makes architectural recommendations
Requirements;
1. Speaks and writes conversational English
2. Has a “First Time Right” mindset
3. Thinks before acts
4. Asks questions rather than assuming
5. Familiar with Asana and the Atlassian toolset, especially Jira
6. Has in-depth knowledge of agile methodologies
7. Has strong know-how & do-how on PHP
8. Expert on the Laravel framework
9. Expert with 3rd party integrations via WebHooks and RESTApis
10. Expert in SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB
11. Good level of coding with HTML, CSS, vanilla javascript, jQuery and at least one of these frameworks; vuejs, reactjs, angular
12. Has a stable internet connection, a webcam and a microphone; we run meetings with open webcams
13. Ability to work at least 2 hours in PST morning time

2. The hiring process includes 3 interviews; one 45 minutes of introduction and a Q&A session, one 1 hour of a live coding interview, one final interview with the CTO.
